Our company is a stabile Czech company with an experience of two decades in business. Company headquarters are situated in the town Janovice nad Úhlavou that is located near the border with Germany.
We are specialized in development, production and assembly of plastic and metal products for automotive and haberdashery industries. We employ modern technologies and procedures in our production process. Production and storage spaces occupy 7.500m2, we also give work to 300 workers.
Our information system gives a clear overview of constituent procedures ranging from an order acceptance to its shipment
In our injection molding department we work with 55 modern computer controlled presses of Arburg, Krauss Maffei, Babyplast and Milacron brands with the clasp power of 18–1600 tons. The presses are equipped with robots and conveyers for automatic removal of moldings.
In the assembly center we realize the products according to the requirements of our customers. Our main advantage is a clean work environment, experienced team of workers and a high technical level of our assembly devices.
Using the FLOCK technology in automotive industry is still increasing the importance. Company Intertell offers to their customers full service in the field of FLOCK technology inclusive the injection moulding in their own injection moulding department. Flocking is carried out in our plant in Liberec – Machnín and in our plant in Janovice nad Úhlavou.

Production program of the tool department is focused on:Maintenance and repairs of injection molding and cutting machines forms. We commonly provide design changes in current tools or their specimen and launch for the line production.
Surface finish color printing with TAMPOPRINT tampon machines we carry out a monochromic or dichromatic print on plastic parts in a high quality FLOCK technology varnishing is assured by cooperation with varnishing plant in the location zinc plating, nickel plating and brass plating is assured by cooperation with reputable plants providing galvanization in Czech republic as well as in abroad..
